Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer international shipping?
At the current time, I only ship to sellers within the United States. This is because I have not fully figured out tax laws, shipping rates, and customs requirements for shipping internationally.
What production partners do you use?
I use a few different print-on-demand suppliers including Printful. My keychains, pins, and most of my stickers are made by a third-party companies as well.
Do you take custom orders?
I may consider paid commissions and custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you are interested. Please note I will expect a 50% down payment, and I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not want to do.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
I am open to accepting wholesale orders for brick-and-mortar stores. Please contact me me for more information if you are interested! Please note certain product types will be excluded. I will also consider selling bulk items at a discount for weddings and other events. I will not sell my stickers to anyone looking to re-sell them on an online platform.
I love one of your designs, but it is not available on the product I want. Can you place a special order for me?
Yes! Most designs can be printed on clothing or products beyond what is available in my shop. For example, if you like one of my t-shirt designs but would prefer to have a hoodie or tank top, let me know! The more information you can provide in your initial message (size, style, and color preferences), the better.
Do you sell clothes for babies, toddlers, or children?
Yes! As stated above, most designs can be printed on so much more than what I have visible in my store. The color and style selection is much more limited for kid's clothing, however. Please let me know which size, style (e.g. long or short sleeve), and color(s) you would prefer in your initial message so the process can move much more quickly! They are typically $3-$5 cheaper than adult sizes.
Which products are made/shipped by a production partner and which ones are 100% handmade?
I aim to be transparent in my product listings. In the product description, I will disclose whether a given item is made and/or shipped by a production partner. If you cannot find the answer, please contact me and I'll fix the listing!
Why can't I find handmade items on here?
100% handmade items are only available on my Etsy until I have a way to sync inventory between Etsy and Shopify.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately I do not. Besides, I am honestly pretty bad at wrapping gifts.
Why do the shirts smell?
Shirts made with the help of a production partner may come with a smell. This is because of the treatment they use during the printing process. It should come off after a wash or two.
What steps are you taking towards being sustainable?
While I still have a long way to go, I am doing the best I can to limit waste. Most of the clothing I sell is made on-demand with the help of various production partners, meaning I only order what is absolutely necessary to fulfill orders. This reduces waste.
The blank clothing I purchase to dye, bleach, and/or print on at home is bought in very small batches to avoid accidentally ending up with a supply greater than the demand. I prefer Bella + Canvas because of their eco-friendly efforts, but I do use Gildan and other brands occasionally. I also occasionally purchase blank t-shirts from thrift stores, which helps reduce textile waste by re-using existing clothes and keeping them out of landfills.
I re-use packaging whenever possible. In the future, I would like to offer more eco-friendly packaging such as biodegradable mailers, glassine bags (instead of cellophane bags), padded mailers filled with recycled newspaper, and eco-friendly alternatives to bubble-wrap and packaging tape. When I do need to use bubble wrap, I either opt for tissue paper or re-use bubble wrap I have received prior.
Why do some items come with free shipping and others do not?
Some of my items are shipped my production partners, and others ship from my house (note: you can only buy ready-to-ship items from my Etsy store for the time being).
For items fulfilled by production partners, I offer free shipping by incorporating the price of the shipping into the cost of the item. This helps ensure that I will make enough to cover shipping costs if a customer were to buy an item fulfilled by a production partner and an item fulfilled by me at the same time, as I would have to pay for shipping twice.
Why do you have so many stores?
I believe it is best not to put all your eggs in one basket. Just in case something happens to one of the platforms I sell on, I want to make sure I still have something meaningful elsewhere. I also enjoy experimenting with various different subjects, themes, and mediums, so having a Redbubble store (for example) allows me to step outside my brand more often.
