Refund policy

Generally, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except when legally required. I am a small seller working from home with limited funds. In order to make up for this, I aim to be as honest as possible about the quality of my work and any flaws my products may have. I am also happy to answer any questions.

However, returns, exchanges, refunds, and even replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order upon delivery.

Scenarios in which I will consider returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements include the following:

• The item is flawed beyond reason and not as described.
• The item arrives damaged.*
• The item is lost in the mail.**

* You have two calendar days after the item is delivered to message me in order to be considered for a refund/replacement if your item is damaged. Please note I may ask for proof that your item is damaged.

** If your item gets lost in the mail, I may ask that you contact USPS or file a police report (if theft is suspected) and provide proof before I will send a refund or replacement.
