Shipping policy

At the current time, I only ship physical products within the United States.

I always use USPS for items shipped from my home unless stated or requested otherwise. My production partners generally use USPS as well, though occasionally they use other services such as DHL.

Shipping costs and fulfillment times vary depending on the product in question and are subject to change depending on inventory and personal obligations.

In general, you can expect orders to be shipped within the following time-frames:

• Ready-to-ship orders: 1-3 business days.
• Made-to-order items fulfilled by a production partner: 2-10 business days.
• 100% handmade, made-to-order items: varies - see specific item's page for more details

I will do my best to fulfill outstanding orders within the estimated fulfillment time. However, please keep in mind that these are merely estimates. I primarily run this store by myself as an independent artist and designer, and unforeseen circumstances in my personal life could cause delays. I will post a shop announcement if these estimated fulfillment times change for any reason (for example, if I am traveling). 

If I am unable to fulfill an order for any reason I will contact you and offer you a refund.
